Tradevu collects data from you through our interactions with you and through our products. Our website also provides the functionality to apply for a position in Tradevu in countries where Tradevu has a subsidiary, a local branch, or a representative office. Processing of your personal data when you apply directly to Tradevu
When you apply for a position at Tradevu, we will process the following personal data of yours: your email address, first and last name, and any other information relevant to the application.
For job applicants applying directly to Tradevu, we use the personal data you have provided to make employment decisions, as well as for our other legitimate business purposes, such as workforce analysis, gaining a greater understanding of our applicants, attracting talented individuals, and providing you with information about job vacancies at Tradevu. Many Tradevu products are intended for use by organizations, such as businesses. If your organization provides you with access to Tradevu products, your use of the Tradevu products is subject to your organization’s policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization’s administrator. Tradevu is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, partners, or vendors, which may differ from Tradevu’s privacy policy.
Generally, we will keep your personal data for the duration of our relationship with you. After our relationship ends, we will retain your personal data for a period of time that permits us to satisfy the following purposes: record retention as may be required by applicable law, for use in a legal claim or proceeding, to address any complaints we receive regarding our products or services, or other legitimate business reasons.

Through our software platform, we provide products and services to our customers that enable them to engage with end users. This is because our customers, as the data controllers, are directing the collection of that information, and Tradevu has no direct relationship with our customers’ end users. Tradevu does not control our customers’ collection or use of the end users’ information.
